Chris Monge has lived in Lodi, WI since 2012 after moving there from Verona. Born and raised in Madison, Chris is very familiar with not only Dane and Columbia Counties but also most of Southern Wisconsin’s communities.

Chris began his finance/insurance career as a Mortgage Loan Officer back in 1996 and started his own Mortgage Company in 1998. He got his start in the insurance industry back in 2002 when he began offering Life Insurance, Annuities and Mutual Funds to his mortgage clients and then began his Property & Casualty career with Rural Mutual Insurance as an agent in Verona in June 2011. He became an Independent Agent opening his own office in March 2012 as Affordable Insurance Solutions, LLC.

Chris has steadily built his book of business over the last five years and is dedicated to serving his clients as best he can. The agency currently has an office in Verona and is starting the process of relocating the main office to Waunakee, WI in early 2018.

I am a second-generation agency owner who decided to expand my career by joining Spectrum Insurance Group. I have over 28 years’ experience and I value quality work and the honesty that goes with it. In my free time I like to travel with my husband of almost 30 years, especially out west to visit our son. We also have a daughter who is third generation in the insurance industry who I get to work with every day. I look forward to helping you with your insurance needs.

Darrel Zaleski has been involved in commercial insurance in the Chippewa Valley for 30+ years. Darrel switched from a captive agent to start a career in the independent agency world in 2004. In 2007, Darrel founded Spectrum Insurance Group and has expanded the agency to over 160 employees and adding 16 locations throughout Wisconsin.

Darrel also supports the independent insurance agency system as a former two-term board member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Wisconsin. In addition, Darrel served on the Big I Executive Committee and is the IIAW Past President and Past Chairman of the Board. In 2022, Darrel received the Agent of the Year award from the IIAW. Darrel currently serves on the OCI Property & Casualty Advisory Council to advise the Commissioner on regulatory matters.

Darrel enjoys golfing in Wisconsin during the summer months and playing in Las Vegas during the winter. Darrel and his wife Kim enjoy going to rock concerts and traveling to domestic and international destinations.
